DERM-PATH CONSULTING SERVICE This service can be of great assistance in the correct diagnosis and successful resolution of a host of skin diseases. There are several advantages to this service. All of our slides are read by a dermatohistopathologist which allows for a very definitive dermatologic interpretation. Extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of dermatologic conditions allows the dermatologist to evaluate the pathology report, which along with the history provided, leads to an accurate diagnosis. This diagnosis is accompanied by therapy regime suggestions. Ongoing consultation is offered as a support service at no additional charge. Utilization of this consulting service allows you to pursue treatment of skin problems in greater depth and to reap rewards of problem resolution and client satisfaction. Biopsy mailers are supplied that include a history sheet and vial of fixative. Reusable biopsy punches will be provided free of charge upon request. Our office will handle laboratory processing, evaluation and interpretation and report diagnosis and therapy to you either by mail or fax for a fee of $55.00.
